Incoming Material

Weld Quality
100% visual + dimensional on critical welds; RT or UT for pressure vessel seams per ASME requirements.
Dimensional Inspection
CMM measurement of machined parts, runout tests on rotors, alignment checks on extractor bodies.
Hydrostatic Test
All pressure vessels hydrostatically tested at 1.3× design pressure before leaving the workshop.
No-Load Trial
Every rotating machine (extractors, conveyors, centrifuges) run for ≥2 hours on the shop floor.
