Our engineering team is split between the Hua County campus (mechanical design, pressure vessel engineering, automation) and the Zhengzhou R&D Center (process engineering, pilot testing, new product development). The Zhengzhou center was founded in 2012 to focus on solvent extraction, refining and protein processing — the three areas where Chinese technology used to lag behind Europe.
In 2023 we co-built the Central Plains Food Laboratory Collaborative Innovation Center, partnering with universities and research institutes on next-generation low-temperature processing, subcritical extraction and protein functionality.

A complete oil mill project covers pretreatment, extraction, refining and auxiliary systems. Most suppliers excel at one and resell the rest. We engineer all four under one technical responsibility.
Pretreatment
Cleaning, dehulling, crushing, flaking, cooking — designed for each oilseed's moisture, oil content and cell structure.
Solvent Extraction
Rotocel extractor, DTDC desolventizer, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery tower — patented designs.
Oil Refining
Degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, winterization. Physical & chemical refining lines.
Filtration
Plate filters, leaf filters, temperature-controlled vacuum oil-pressure filters, bag filters.
Automation & Control
PLC + SCADA systems, batch and continuous process control, remote monitoring. Schneider, Siemens, ABB.
